Project Scope
This project required the replacement of ~ 2.0 Km of sewer main through various areas on the east side of the community. Some work had to be performed within existing paved roadways; others required pioneering new routes behind residential properties within the right-of-ways. Three existing communitor stations were decommissioned, and new overhead creek crossing and tie-in was installed to existing 30” concrete sewer main. Many areas including the works were to be completed in environmentally sensitive areas following the Hays Creek drainage system.
